Delete Your Account

If you use the REAP433 mobile app and want your account and associated personal data removed, you can request account deletion using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open the REAP433 mobile app on your phone.
2. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
3. Go to Profile → Edit Profile and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request. Your account will be permanently deleted according to the app's deletion process.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

1. Send an email to grandlecmi@gmail.com from your registered email address.
2. Include your full name and registered email address, and clearly state that you want your REAP433 account deleted.
3. Our support team will verify your account ownership and process your deletion request.
4. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you may no longer be able to access your account or recover your personal profile data. Certain records may be retained where required by applicable law.
